Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi, Welcome to Incredible India
You will be greeted & assisted by our representative at Delhi international airport and later transferred to your hotel to check in. Remaining time is at leisure till next day.
Day 2 Delightful Tour of Old and New Delhi
Your day would begin after a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, you get yourself ready for a personalized guide tour, which begins from the Old and Historic Delhi.  The first halt is Jama Masjid and Red Fort. Then the guide will arrange a cycle rickshaw tour, which will let you catch a closer insight of old era and the very illustrious Anarkali Bazaar of Chandni Chowk. At Chandni Chowk, we would further take you to Khari Baoli Spice Market – the largest spice market of Asia, which is a true delight for eyes.  Later, you will visit the Humayun’s Tomb and the 12th century Qutab Minar. Afterwards, the imposing boulevards and buildings such as Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s Residence), the one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys and India Gate will be experienced from the vehicle. Day 3 Delhi - Agra, Tour Of Romance And Exaltation Begins
After breakfast, pack yourself for a road trip to Agra – the Old Capital of Mughals.  On arrival, check-in at your hotel and after brief refresh visit the Agra Fort-a UNESCO world heritage site - known for its fine Mughal architecture during the day. The Agra Fort, which was once the lavish residence of the Mughal Emperors of India, showcases immaculate architectural grandeur.  Walk through this historic fort and explore its impressive buildings and structures, including the Moti Masjid, Musamman Burj, Diwan-i-Khas, Shahjahani Mahal, and Jahangiri Mahal. Make the overnight stay in your hotel room a memoir of the events of which you were the part. Breakfast
Day 4 Taj Mahal Sunrise Visit
At dawn, visit the incomparable Taj Mahal – one of the seven wonders of the world and symbol of love, to observe the effects caused by the reflections of the changing colors of the rising Sun on this masterpiece. This momentary reflection of romance will captivate your heart by awe.  Return back to your hotel for a delectable breakfast, while a part of you is still living in romanticism.
Day 4 Agra - Fatehpur - Abhaneri - Jaipur
Afterwards, we will transfer you to Jaipur. En-route, visit Fatehpur Sikri - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a perfectly preserved red sandstone ghost town, which was once the capital of Mughal Empire built in 1569 and deserted when its water supply failed and Abhaneri Chand Baori stepwell. This Stepwell is built over a thousand years ago in the Abhaneri village of Rajasthan. It is one of the largest stepwells in the world and one of the most beautiful ones. Later, proceed to Jaipur. You will reach the Jaipur by late afternoon.  Rest of the day is at leisure. Breakfast
Day 5 Jaipur, The Pink City Tour
Enthralling, historical Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital, is the gateway to India’s most flamboyant state, Rajasthan. Renowned globally for its colored gems, the capital city of Rajasthan combines the allure of its ancient history with all the advantages of a metropolis. Since the color pink was symbolic of hospitality, Maharaja Ram Singh of Jaipur painted the entire city pink. The pink that colors the city makes for a marvelous spectacle to behold. The morning is fresh as ever for you, and this is when you will have an excursion to Amer Fort. This palace is laid out over four layers and sits beside the shimmering Maota Lake.  Later visit the Maharaja's City Palace (the home of the erstwhile royal family) and UNESCO-listed Jantar Mantar space observatory. Afterwards stop for picture at Hawa Mahal (the Palace of winds).
Day 5 Evening with Local Family
Spend evening with the local family. It’s a great way to have a local experience in Jaipur. You will experience a great insight into the lifestyle of Indian family.  You can take part in cooking with the local family. Get a taste of true Indian hospitality thanks to this cooking lesson and meal in the home of a local family. You will learn few local dishes and how to prepare them with fresh ingredients.  End the experience by enjoying your meal, accompanied by lots of lively conversation, with the family. Return to your hotel and live a memorable night.  Breakfast Dinner
Day 6 Jaipur - Deogarh, Palace Stay
Morning after breakfast, checkout and take the road drive to Deogarh. Rest of the day is free to enjoy your heritage hotel and multiple experiences offered by them. You may experience Hiking in The Aravallis, Cycling Trail, Artisan Walk, Culinary WorkShop, Bird Watching, Yoga Classes, Visit to a local school, Farm Visit and many more (Own expense). Breakfast
Day 7 Deogarh, Rural Rail Ride
After breakfast, take a rural rail ride. Chugging on Train no 222 - you will have the opportunity to go on the train safari in Deogarh. It’s an amazing two hours spent on a meter gauge train which is the lifeline of locals. A nice pleasure trip in to the Aravali Hills by Meter guage train on 1930’s British Track. The track consists of 17 U shape bridges and 2 tunnels with lots of monkeys. The journey starts from Kamblighat (10 minute drive from Deogarh Mahal) where the station master single handedly mans everything.

The ride ends at Phulad and we will drive back to Deogarh which takes about 30 minutes.
 
Day 7 Deogarh - Udaipur
Later, you will be transferred to Udaipur. Rest of the day is at leisure. Breakfast
Day 8 Explore Udaipur
After breakfast, enjoy the sightseeing tour of Udaipur, which includes City Palace, Bharatiya Lok Kala Museum (has an interesting collection of dresses, turbans, musical instruments, dolls, paintings, the traditional puppets etc.).  Enjoy an afternoon cruise on the calm waters of Lake Pichola in Udaipur (subject to water levels) and take a stroll in the markets around the Lake. Later visit the island of Jag mandir. Remaining time is at leisure till next day. Breakfast
Day 9 Udaipur - Ranakpur
Morning after breakfast, checkout and visit the beautiful Ranakpur Jain Temple. It is the largest and one of the most complex Jain Temple in India. The Jain temple at Ranakpur dates back to 1439AD. This date has been inscribed into one of the 1444 carved marble pillars that supports the many turrets, domes and cupolas…all of them marble…..the entire temple is constructed from beautiful white marble!
Day 9 Ranakpur - Jodhpur
Later, drive to reach Jodhpur. On arrival, check in at your hotel.  Remaining day is at leisure. Breakfast
Day 10 Discover Jodhpur
After breakfast, enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Blue City. Now get all set to explore the mighty Mehrangarh Fort, placed amidst the brown sands of the Thar. One of country's largest forts, it was erected by Rao Jodha in 1459, on a 150 m high hill. A part of it has been turned into a museum that consists of royal palanquins, armory, paintings, costumes, personal belongings of the royalty and more. Do not miss visiting the colorful Turban Gallery. Afterwards visit the Jaswant Thada.  This milky-white marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, sitting above a small lake 1km northeast of Mehrangarh, is an array of whimsical domes. It’s a welcome, peaceful spot after the hubbub of the city, and the views across to the fort and over the city are superb. Later you may also visit the splendid Umaid Bhawan Palace and its fabulous Museum. Rest of the day is at leisure. Breakfast
Day 11 Jodhpur - Kochi by Flight
This Morning after breakfast checkout from your hotel and at appropriate time you will be transferred to Jodhpur airport for your flight to Kochi.  Our representative will welcome you at Kochi Airport and assist you with your hotel transfer. Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Breakfast
Day 12 Explore Cochin
This glorious day of the tour starts with a delicious breakfast followed by a guided sightseeing tour of Kochi/Cochin.  Explore St. Francis Church- the oldest church in India, the imposing Santa Cruz basilica built by the Portuguese, the heritage sites of Fort Kochi and shop for antiques and spices.  Chinese fishing nets, the Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue are other highlights of the tour.  You will have several opportunities to find prized souvenirs such as spices and antiques while shopping at Jew Street. KATHAKALI DANCE Add a cultural tinge to the evening with a Kathakali dance performance at a popular cultural centre in Fort Kochi. The, colourful dance is not merely a dance. It is an art form that comprises powerful storytelling with ritual, drama, and music. Return to your hotel and live a memorable night. Breakfast
Day 13 Kochi - Munnar
Scenic drive from Kochi to Munnar is the highlight of the day. Have breakfast and head to Munnar, probably one of the most enchanting hill stations in South India.  Drive through lofty mountains of Western Ghats and admire the natural beauty of rolling hills and green valleys.  Rest of the evening is at leisure till next morning. Stay overnight at Hotel in Munnar. Breakfast
Day 14 Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, leave for Eravikulam National Park in the morning to see Nilgiri Tahr, a mountain goat found only in the Nilgiri Hills and the Western Ghats. Eravikulam National Park (Closed for the months of February and March) A wildlife park in the Kannan Devan Hills built to protect endangered animals such as the Nilgiri Tahr, a wild mountain goat species.  Offering a magnificent view of the nearby hills used as tea plantations, it’s one of the best places in Munnar for taking photos. Afterwards, proceed to Mattupetty Dam and capture the captivating views. Activities like horse riding and boating add more fun to your visit to the Mattupetty Lake. Later visit the Tea Estate. A beautiful high-altitude tea garden located outside of Munnar, the Tea Estate is a stunning part of nature that any traveler has to see at least once! There is even an old factory on the plantation where you can watch how tea is made and buy some souvenirs. Breakfast
Day 15 Munnar - Periyar, Spicy & Wild
After breakfast, the day starts with a scenic drive to Periyar. On the way, visit the Spice Plantation. This visit will let you experience the process and hard work behind these flourishing plantation. Get a chance to buy spices while you explore the spice gardens. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and after brief refresh, visit the Periyar National Park. Be a part of wildlife boat ride over the beautiful Periyar Lake in Periyar National Park, one of the prominent elephants reserves in India and admire the gorgeous natural surroundings. You can explore various species of animals and birds and might get a glimpse of wild elephants, boars and bison.  Breakfast
Day 16 Periyar - Backwaters Houseboat
After breakfast, at appropriate time we will transfer you to the Backwaters Houseboat. Undoubtedly, this houseboat cruise in the backwaters is the most outstanding highlight of a holiday in Kerala. It will be a unique and exclusive experience in your lifetime.  You will be cruising along the village sides and paddy fields witnessing the core life of the Kerala villages.  Spend your afternoon and evening while sailing through the gorgeous backwaters of Kumarakom. Stay overnight in the Houseboat. Note: Houseboat only sails for 4-5 hours a day. Rest of the time is spent at the Jetty Point. Sailing time is subject to weather. (Breakfast. Day 17 Backwaters Resort
After breakfast, check out from your houseboat and we will take you to your backwaters resort in Alleppey. Today is all about relaxing at your backwaters resort on the banks on the backwater lagoons. You can take part in different activities (own expense) offered by the resort like Yoga, Ayurveda Massage, Canal Boating, Fishing, Cycling, Sunset Cruise, Kayaking and many more. Spend your day at leisure. Breakfast
Day 18 Backwaters - Kochi, Departure
This Morning after breakfast checkout from your hotel and at appropriate time you will be transferred to Kochi International Airport for your flight for your onward journey.  Board your flight and fly back with memories to cherish for life. Tour ends. Breakfast

Booking Policy
Once you’ve selected your desired tour, all you need to do is forward a deposit of 20% plus air and train tickets costs per booking per trip to secure your place. Bank transfer to Commonwealth Account  or All Major Cards Accepted (Surcharge may apply)
You won’t need to pay your final balance until 60 days prior to your tour start date. If your booking is made within 60 days of the tour start date, then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Note: International and domestic airline tickets and rail tickets are subject to full payment at the time of booking and are subject to respective airline booking, and cancellation policies.
Cancellation Policy with Standard - Deluxe - Premium Hotels
  • You can cancel right up to 30 days before the tour starts and we will refund your full land deposit and any progress payments made by you within 14 business days.
    • Note: Cancellation and rebooking policies are only valid for land part of tour not Safari Tickets, International and domestic airline tickets and train tickets.
    • Note: International and domestic airline tickets and train tickets are subject to full payment at the time of booking and are subject to respective airline and train operators policies for booking, rebooking and cancellation.

  • If your tour is cancelled due to government travel restrictions, your deposit and any progress payments will be carried forward as full credit towards future travel with us with Zero fees.
  • If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. Vibrant India Tours will endeavour to recover as much of your funds as we can on your behalf or negotiate a credit for future use.
  • If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. Vibrant India Tours will endeavour to recover as much of your funds as we can on your behalf or negotiate a credit for future use.
  • If you have to amend or cancel the tour from 30 days before the tour start date to the end date of the tour, any cost arising from it will be your liability and payable by you within 24 hours of amendment.

Single Traveller Supplement
For solo travellers, a mandatory single supplement applies.
Passport Validity
Customers are required to provide valid passport details either at the time of purchase or no later than 45 days prior to the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking. In this instance, customers will be responsible for any costs and fees incurred.
Luggage
You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on the tour. With regards to domestic airline, default Check-in luggage is 15kg and Carry-on luggage is 7kg.
Fitness Level Required / Mobility
Our vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair access, so, unfortunately, our tours are currently not suitable for wheelchair users and those less mobile.
Please note: a general level of fitness will be required. If you have any concerns please consult your healthcare provider prior to purchase/travel.
Sightseeing
Please note: In the event that entrance to a site is affected by changes in operating hours or public holiday closures, your itinerary where possible, will be adjusted or similar activity will be offered in its place (subject to availability).
Voluntary Changes
This includes booking changes requested by you, including but not limited to those changes requiring an airline ticket or a Purchase Confirmation reissue.
